Mr Hemant Sutey is an eminent Career designer, counsellor and social worker having more than 32 years experience in guiding, teaching, and educating the masses. He majorly tried to connect the Ambedkarite diasporas throughout the world.

By virtue of working in Air India for 33 years he could aid the social movement by transporting and delivering literature, statues and all kinds of material as required to disseminate and encourage the Ambedkarite movement and thought throughout the world.

In the field of education Mr Sutey has been a tireless behemoth propagating and training students for success in overseas education, helping them to access the government scholarships. He always aimed to make his programme affordable, accessible and inclusive by targeting students all over India. With more than 1000+ students successfully placed in the best educational institutions all over the world, a vast majority of the students are from an impoverished background owning nothing but an indomitable will to learn.

He has also been instrumental in organizing many conferences e.g. he was part of the organizing committee of the ‘100th year anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar studying at Columbia University’. All the forthwith events conducted at Columbia University with respect to Ambedkarite thought and ideals, majority of the paraphernalia had been provided and transported by Mr Hemant Sutey.

He was also an integral part of convening several Ambedkar International Mission (AIM) conferences throughout the world e.g Malaysia, Paris, and London. Not only convening but also encouraging maximum participation and striving for the spread of Ambedkarite ideals has been the lifelong goal of Mr Sutey.
